Cuban Memorabilia 1929-1950 - 03

Rare Cuban spirits from the golden age before nationalization:
1929 Trocadero Blanco and 1929 Trocadero — produced by Cía. Unida de Vinos y Licores, S.A., the corporate house of Ramón del Collado, showcasing Havana’s early rum tradition.
1950 Caney Ron Extra — a premium rum created by Ramón del Collado, later revived under state management after 1960.
1950 Old Havana Brand Rum — another Del Collado label, famous for its Havana Harbor imagery and wicker‑caged bottles.
1950 Rum Tutankamon — marketed as “Viejo Superior,” an exotic brand from Del Collado’s distillery.
1950 Trocadero Cognac — a Cuban cognac‑style spirit bottled under Cía. Unida de Vinos y Licores, S.A., reflecting Cuba’s fascination with European luxury.
Together, these bottles represent the artistry and export culture of Ramón del Collado’s distillery in Havana during the 1940s–50s, before Cuba’s rum industry was seized under state control.
Included is a box of Punch cigars from the 1950s and two Bohemia magazines from March 1944.
